Torture video is now spreading featuring the torture of Philippine cop.
This is not new, a Philippine Policeman (in Manila) tortured his holdup suspect last wednesday which led to his suspension same as other 21 policemen.
ABS-CBN got a footage and got through a cellphone camera which showed a naked man lying on the floor and obviously in pain because of the torture.
This police is identified as Senior Inspector Binayug, a precient chief who tugged the genitals of the unidentified victim. Sources said that the man in the video died.

Lila de lima, Justice Secretary also gave her comment about the video, She described the scene caught in the video as a “ghastly sight.”
She said her department would investigate the incident and prosecute those involved “to the fullest extent of the law.”
