ABS-CBN filed a reply to Willie's motion of contract cancellation in ABS-CBN. The network said that Willie is still part of the Kapamilya Network and under the contract obligations until September 2011.
"Gusto naming bigyang diin na si Willie ay nakatali pa rin sa ABS-CBN at nakahanda kaming hamunin sa korte ang anumang kontrata na nauugnay sa kanyang produksiyon o pagpapalabas ng programa sa ibang network," wrote ABS-CBN Corporate Communications head Bong Osorio.

ABS-CBN released this reply to Willie's motion after the reports that Willie will start his show in TV5 this October dubbed as "Wiling Wili Kami".
